Under California law, it is generally a crime to engage in certain firearm manufacturing activities without a valid license, including but not limited to:

• Manufacturing more than three firearms in a calendar year
• Manufacturing a firearm using a three dimensional printer or CNC milling machine
• Manufacturing a firearm for sale or transfer without a required license or background check
• Assisting or allowing a person who is prohibited from possessing firearms to manufacture firearms
• Other unlawful firearm manufacturing or modification activities prohibited by California law

Firearm accessories may not be used to engage in unlawful firearm manufacturing or possession.

If you place an order and agree to our terms and conditions at checkout, you are certifying and acknowledging that:

• You at least 18 years of age
• You have received and understand the above notice regarding California firearm laws
• Your shipping address must exactly match the address on my government issued photo identification
• You understand that identity and age verification may be required before your order ships
• You understand that an adult signature and proof of identification will be required at delivery
• You understand that your order may be delayed or canceled if these requirements are not met
• You understand that an adult signature (over age of 21) is required at delivery for California orders. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to a missed delivery or refusal and is returned to the sender, you understand that you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again in order to have the order reshipped
• You understand and agree that any future warranty claims, replacements, exchanges, or other shipments to a California address will require California compliance shipping. All compliance-related and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Max Dynamics is not responsible for covering these costs.
